Our car had a scratch when we collected it The driver went after dropping the car As soon as we finished checking we call straight away to go to inform and to go the office for them to look it but was told no one was in the office . We’ve been sent an e mail to sent a photo but no one responded our text or email for 5 days now. Please stay away and look for the park and fly other review .Its awful

Very nice drivers and were helpful with our luggage to and from.

This has been very efficient and convenient for my travel. I drive in, park & almost immediately a van pulls up to me, loads my luggage for me and off we go to the airport with curbside delivery. Pick-up is just as quick, only in reverse. I am picked up and dropped off at my car. The driver even puts the bags in my car for me. AND the price is extremely reasonable.

Excellent Service!! Felt very safe - great lot - we were immediately directed where to park. After parking, a van immediately was there to pick us up and help us with our luggage. Upon quickly arriving at the airport, the driver was again friendly and efficient, letting us off and helping us with our luggage. When we came back from our trip, the van was right there waiting for us - we were again greeted in a friendly manner, helped with our luggage, and promptly taken to our car. We arrived around midnight, and we totally felt safe as the driver not only helped us off the van with our luggage, but he stayed until we had everyone and all of our luggage in the car. The booth at the front of the lot was brightly lit (as was the parking lot) and the attendants were there to help with any problems. Later, I called them thinking I had left a suitcase in the lot (which I found later at the airport) - and the attendant I called not only checked the spot where we had parked, but he also double-checked the van to make sure my suitcase was not there. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Would DEFINITLY USE AGAIN.

The Atlanta Airport is a confusing mess of roads. Using Park N Fly helped alleviate our stress. Quick pick up and delivery along with a friendly and helpful staff made our experience a great one.

It is a very convenience location and getting in and out from the place was very easy.
